65+ biomarkers. One blood test.

A snapshot of how your lifestyle is showing up in your body - and the starting point for improving it.

Blood

Your blood carries oxygen, fights infection, and helps wounds heal. These markers measure the blood itself, not just what it carries.

About the blood test

How it works

A trained phlebotomist draws a small sample of venous blood - it takes around 5 minutes. Your sample is sent to an NHS laboratory for analysis, and the results are clinically reviewed before they reach you.

Why a venous blood draw

Testing 65+ biomarkers requires more blood than a finger prick provides. Venous samples are also more stable and less prone to contamination - especially for sensitive markers like hormones and inflammation.
